Summa — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Summa ("the app", "we") is a monday.com dashboard widget that aggregates board data into portfolio and budget rollups. This policy explains what the app accesses and stores.
What the app accesses
With your authorization (the monday boards:read scope), Summa reads board names, column titles and types, groups, and item values (numbers, status, dates) only for the boards you select. It reads this data solely to compute aggregates — planned vs. actual, budget variance, completion, and at-risk — and display them inside the widget.
What the app stores
- Summa stores only the widget's configuration — the selected board IDs and the column-title mappings — using monday's per-widget storage.
- It does not store your board data, item contents, or any personal or identifiable information.
- It runs no external server or database. All monday API calls are made directly from your browser to monday, and all aggregation runs client-side.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, sell, or share personal data.
- We do not use third-party trackers or analytics inside the widget.
- We do not transmit your board data to any third party.
Data retention & deletion
The only stored data is the widget configuration, held in monday's storage for as long as the widget exists. Removing the widget or uninstalling the app deletes it.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
