Report a Bug

For when the one inside the game will not open.

The Lot has a report form built in, and it is the better one to use when it works: press F11, or use Report a bug in the pause menu, and it attaches where you were standing, what the app was doing and a screenshot, so the bug can be walked to rather than guessed at.

This page exists for the case where that form does not open, which has happened. A report you can't file is a bug nobody hears about, so this route does not depend on the game working at all.

This sends less, on purpose. Only what you type below, plus your browser and screen size and a screenshot if you attach one. No position, no world state, no performance data, no log — your browser has no way to know any of that, and this page does not ask the game. The privacy policy covers where it goes and how long it is kept.

What happened?

The only thing this form actually needs.
Optional, but it is usually the part that makes a report fixable.
Optional. It is on the main menu, and in the installer's filename if you still have it.
Optional. Used to reply to you about this report and nothing else — no mailing list, ever.
Optional, PNG or JPEG, up to 3 MB. Unlike the in-game form, this one cannot blank out your other windows — check the picture before you attach it.
