Social media is a second job that nobody signed up for. You started a business to build something — and now you spend hours each week writing tweets, threading takes, and trying to stay visible on platforms that change their algorithms faster than you can adapt. The content treadmill is real, and it penalizes inconsistency: stop posting for a week and your reach collapses. The audience you built forgets you were there.
PostPilot is an AI social media tool that handles the content creation side of that equation. Describe your brand, tell it what you want to sound like, and it generates social posts that match your voice. On the Unlimited tier, connect your X (Twitter) account and PostPilot will publish approved posts on your schedule — hands-off, while you focus on the work that actually grows your business.
How It Works
PostPilot is built around a three-step loop: configure your brand, generate content, and publish. Each step is designed to be fast enough that the entire flow takes less time than writing a single post manually.
Configure Your Brand
Set your brand name, description, target audience, and voice guidelines. PostPilot uses these to generate content that sounds like you, not like generic AI output.
Generate Content
Hit generate and receive a complete social post written in your brand voice. Edit it, approve it, or regenerate. Each generation uses one credit.
Publish
Approved posts enter your queue. On Unlimited, connected X accounts auto-publish on your calendar. On Starter, copy and post manually.
Brand Voice Configuration
The difference between generic AI content and content that sounds like your brand is context. PostPilot does not generate posts from a blank prompt. It generates from a brand profile that you configure once and refine over time.
Your brand profile includes:
- Brand name and description: What you do, in your own words. This anchors every generation to your actual business, not a hallucinated version of it.
- Target audience: Who you are writing for. A SaaS founder writing for developers needs different language than a fitness coach writing for beginners.
- Voice guidelines: Tone, vocabulary preferences, and stylistic notes. Want to sound direct and technical? Warm and conversational? Irreverent? Specify it here and the AI adapts.
- Content topics: What you want to post about. PostPilot generates within your topic boundaries rather than drifting into unrelated territory.
You can create up to 5 brand profiles on the Free tier, 10 on Starter, and manage them all from a single dashboard. Each brand maintains its own voice configuration and post queue independently.
Grok AI Generation
PostPilot uses Grok AI via OpenRouter for content generation. The model is selected for its ability to follow voice instructions precisely and produce natural-sounding social content without the characteristic flatness of generic AI writing. Your brand voice guidelines are injected as system context, not appended as an afterthought — the AI writes as your brand from the first token.
Auto-Posting to X (Twitter)
On the Unlimited tier, PostPilot connects to your X account via OAuth. Once connected, approved posts in your queue are published automatically on a schedule. You set the posting calendar — daily, every other day, specific times — and PostPilot handles the rest.
The auto-posting system runs as a background worker that processes your queue at the intervals you configure. Posts go out exactly when scheduled. If a post fails (API rate limit, temporary X outage), it retries with backoff rather than being silently dropped.
Auto-posting does not bypass your approval. Every post in the queue was either generated and approved by you, or edited by you before approval. PostPilot never publishes content you have not reviewed. The automation is in the publishing, not the judgment.

Who It Is For
PostPilot works best for solo founders, small teams, and content creators who need a consistent social presence but cannot justify hiring a social media manager or spending hours each week on content creation. If you know what your brand sounds like but do not have the time to translate that knowledge into daily posts, PostPilot closes that gap.
It is not a replacement for strategy. You still need to know your audience, your positioning, and what you want to be known for. PostPilot handles the execution layer — turning your strategic intent into publishable content — while you stay focused on the product, the customers, and the decisions that actually move the business forward.
