Refund & Return Policy

• Refund within 14 days if no file has been downloaded from your download page
• Once any file is downloaded, the sale is final unless a file is faulty
• Bought on Etsy? That order is Etsy's: its purchase and refund process applies, and you can message us through Etsy

• The Orpheum File: refund within 14 days if the case has not been opened: opening it is the digital edition's download
• The Hundredth Episode: refund within 14 days if you have not started a room: starting your first room deals the game, so that is its download
• After that, the sale is final unless it doesn't work, for example it won't load: reply to your purchase email and we'll fix it or refund you
• A refunded copy stops opening, for everyone its link was shared with, and its rooms close

• Refund within 14 days if the licence has not been activated on any computer
• Once activated, the sale is final, unless PicSift doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it

Refunds are available within 14 days of your first purchase only if:

• You generated no more than one paid kit beyond your free welcome kit
• You have not exported or downloaded any paid kit

Ask from your dashboard: Manage Subscription → Request refund. If you're eligible, we refund your latest payment straight away, end the subscription and remove access.

Refunds are available within 7 days only if you have used fewer than 5 generations.

• Free after verifying your email; no payment, so nothing to refund

• Non-refundable once any post has been generated
• Credits never expire
• If none have been used, email us within 14 days and we'll review it

Refunds are available within 7 days only if you have used fewer than 5 generations.

• No card needed. The 30 days start when you verify your email, with the Starter plan's limits
• When the trial ends nothing is charged: the dashboard turns read-only for 30 days and licence checks keep answering, so you can upgrade and keep everything
• If you don't upgrade, the trial account and its data are deleted 51 days after the trial ends

• To cancel, use Manage billing under Settings, Billing in your Chiave dashboard, or email support@wigleystudios.com; the renewal stops and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for
• No refund for the unused part of a monthly or annual period
