Important: Credits have no monetary value outside of Wigley Studios. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside of our platform. Promotional and bonus credits may have additional terms.
General Refund Policies
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- License keys are automatically deactivated upon refund approval
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Subscription Cancellations
- Cancel anytime through your Customer Dashboard or Stripe Portal
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for remaining time in current period
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time
Exceptions
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts are always refunded
- Technical issues: If our product has a critical bug we cannot fix, we may offer a refund at our discretion
- Terms violations: No refunds are issued if your license was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
